school open for essential worker children

School will be open from Jan 4-7th for those children of essential workers who require support including those employed in

• health and health services
• social services
• law enforcement
• first responders
• emergency response
• K-12 education workers

+ students from vulnerable circumstances and students with special needs.
Otherwise school restart will be Jan 10th for all others
