annual general meeting 2020

Tuesday, October 27 - 6:30pm - Virtual Meeting

Due to COVID-19 the PAC has delayed the annual general meeting that is normally held at the end of the school year and will now take place this Tuesday at 6:30pm.  We encourage all parents to attend this meeting as we will determine the direction of the PAC for the current school year.

Agenda

• PAC Exec Election
• Approving Draft Budget
• Determining rolls for  Treasurer, Communications, Chair, Co-Chair(s), Secretary and members at large.
• Reviewing Revenue Sources

This meeting will be approximately 2 hours long, and will be held using Microsoft Teams.
