As discussed at the AR Lord PAC Meeting October 18 the PAC Executive has proposed modifications to the PAC Constitution and Bylaws. The purpose of the amendment is to allow for greater flexibility during in-between meetings by allowing for expenditures up to $100 upon vote by email of the PAC Executive and attendants of the previous PAC meeting. Additional ammendments to inform enforce the fiscal year and to state the financial purpose of the PAC to raise money to further the PACs goals. The full ammended bylaws and constitution follows and will be voted upon on the next PAC General Meeting dated: November 15, 2017 at 6:30pm. This serves as notice of the proposed ammendment. Original constitution and bylaws can be found here. Changes: Section 8 4. All money spent above and beyond the predetermined amount of $100.00 will first be presented to and voted on by the executive and then approved by a majority at a general meeting. 5. Any expenditure of $100.00 or less that must be made in between general meetings shall be presented to all the voting members in attendance at the previous general meeting by e-mail. A majority vote will signify approval of the expense 9. The financial year of the Council will be September 1 to August 31. 10. Power to Raise Money - The Council may raise and spend money to further its purposes.
